A very festive idea came to us few months ago… The creation of a very festive coffee that reminds you of Christmas and will be of limited quantity. We then traveled to three micro-farms in Brazil (Fazenda Matinha), Rwanda (Gihombo) and Colombia (Ibague), and we discovered three unique specialty varieties. Their union created a unique coffee blend, with rare flavors, that will not reappear.
